1. Who is responsible for your data

Safe Experience S.A.S, a Colombian company with NIT 902.086.612-9, domiciled in Envigado (Antioquia), Colombia, at Carrera 27D # 27 Sur-123, is responsible for processing the personal data described in this policy. For anything related to your data, write to info@safeexperience.com.co.

2. What data we collect

When you use our contact form we ask for your full name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, booking reference if you have one, the type of request and the message you write to us. You may also attach a file voluntarily. We do not ask for financial data through this website.

3. How your data reaches us

Our form does not send anything to a server of ours. When you press send, your own email application opens with the fields already filled in, and you decide whether to send the message. We receive it in our inbox, hosted by our email provider.

4. Why we use it

We use your data only to answer your request, prepare quotes and itineraries, manage and follow up on your booking, and comply with our accounting and legal obligations. We will only send you commercial information about our services if you expressly ask us to.

5. Your authorization

In Colombia we process your data based on the prior, express and informed authorization you give us when you send the form, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. If you write to us from the European Union, we rely on your consent and on the steps needed to prepare a contract at your request, under Article 6 of the GDPR. You may withdraw your authorization at any time.

6. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the partners who deliver your experience — guides, drivers, venues, hotels or activity operators — and with our email provider. We also share data when a Colombian authority requires it by law. We never sell your data and we never hand it over for third-party advertising.

7. International transfers

Your data is processed in Colombia. Our email provider may store it on servers located in other countries; in that case the transfer is covered by the safeguards that provider offers.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as we need it to answer you and manage your booking, and afterwards for the period required by Colombian commercial and tax rules. Once that period ends, we delete it.

9. Your rights

As the owner of your data you may, free of charge: know what data we hold about you, update or correct it, request proof of the authorization you gave us, ask us to delete it or withdraw your authorization when the law allows, and file a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may complain to the data protection authority of your country.

10. How to exercise them

Write to info@safeexperience.com.co with "Habeas Data" in the subject line, telling us what you need. Under Colombian rules we answer queries within ten business days and complaints within fifteen business days. Under the GDPR we answer within one month.

11. Cookies and your browser

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you. It only stores in your browser the language you choose, English or Spanish, so it remembers it on your next visit. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

12. Minors

We do not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents. When an experience includes minors, the booking and their data are provided by the responsible adult.

13. Security

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information, and only the people on our team who need it in order to serve you have access to it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version, and if a change is substantial we will announce it on this page.
