1. Who we are

Safe Experience S.A.S, NIT 902.086.612-9, is a company domiciled in Envigado (Antioquia), Colombia, at Carrera 27D # 27 Sur-123, registered with the Aburrá Sur Chamber of Commerce and with the National Tourism Registry (RNT) as a travel and tourism agency under number 299489. These terms govern the use of this website and the contracting of our services.

2. What we offer

We design and coordinate tourism experiences in Medellín and Antioquia: tours and experiences, premium mobility, concierge and VIP services, and corporate and group travel. Some services are delivered by allied providers that we select, verify and supervise.

3. A request is not a booking

Sending the form on this website is a request for information, not a confirmed booking. Your booking exists only once we confirm it in writing and the agreed deposit has been received.

4. Prices and what they include

We quote each experience individually, stating the currency and how long the quote is valid. The quote lists exactly what is included; anything not listed there is not included.

5. Payments

A deposit confirms the booking and the balance is paid on the terms stated in your quote. We tell you which payment methods are available when we send it.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel free of charge up to forty-eight (48) hours before the experience starts, unless your quote states different conditions. Services that require payment to third parties in advance — event tickets, flights or certain venues — may have their own cancellation rules, which we state in the quote before you pay.

For cancellations within the last 48 hours we may retain the amounts already committed with providers. Refunds are processed to the same payment method you used.

7. Right of withdrawal

Where the right of withdrawal under Colombia's Consumer Statute applies, you may exercise it within five (5) business days of contracting, subject to the exceptions the law establishes — among them services booked for a specific date or already started with your agreement.

8. Changes requested by you

We will always try to reschedule. Changes depend on availability and on the conditions of the providers involved; any difference in price is communicated to you before confirming.

9. Changes or cancellation by us

Safety comes first. If weather, public order or any circumstance beyond our control makes an experience unsafe, we will offer you a new date or a full refund of that experience.

10. What we ask of you

Give us accurate information, be on time, bring valid identification or travel documents, tell us in advance about medical conditions, allergies or reduced mobility that may affect an activity, and follow the safety instructions of our team. We may end a service without refund if someone's conduct endangers themselves, other travelers or our staff.

11. Our responsibility

We are responsible for the services we provide directly and, as coordinators, for the diligent selection of our allied providers. We are not responsible for events outside our control, such as flight delays, weather, strikes or decisions of the authorities. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that Colombian consumer law grants you.

12. Minors

Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them and who makes the booking.

13. Intellectual property

The Safe Experience brand, this website and its content are our property and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

14. Complaints

Write to info@safeexperience.com.co with your booking reference. We answer complaints within fifteen (15) business days.

15. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Colombian law, and any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Medellín, Colombia, without prejudice to the rights of consumers residing in other countries.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one in force on the date we confirm it.
